It was a sad day as Maeghan lost her grandpa today.
We stopped to admire the Mendenhall River and then we went to the Shrine of St. Therese to spend a quiet evening just being together. 
This is a photo of Chris & Alyx walking back to the car.
We saw this fellow along the road near the Shrine. He was having some fresh salad and didn't seem to mind posing for a few photos. He was certainly aware we were there, but did not seem to be bothered by us at all.
We were at a very safe distance ... we were inside the car getting these photos. The picture of Chris is through the moon-roof in the car.
