Brown Bear

This picture was taken on a penninsula off Lynn Canal outside of Juneau by someone Mike works with.
I understand you don't want to mess with the Brown Bears. They are sure cute to look at, but they can be very hazardous to your health!!!

Adventure Today...

Alyxandra & I took a drive along the coast today and saw some amazing sights! We saw a bald eagle sitting in a very tall tree:

We saw a WHALE!!!!

...And we walked on a nature trail through a beautiful part of the rain forest that we live in:

Isn't it amazing that even though we are living through some difficult times right now... God gives us reminders that He loves us, is with us and shares His creation with us!

Are you ready to come visit us yet??? We are looking for a house on Friday, so you can come stay in our guest room :)
